Rae-ann has lived in Karori for 16 years and is married to Nigel Williams. They have a son Tom.

Outside of work Rae-ann takes an active interest in the arts, has her own print studio, would read while driving if she could (except the lights change too quickly!) and is always planning her next trip away. The day does not begin until the dog has been walked, the best place being on Raumati Beach. Good food and a lively discussion is the best way to end the day.

Rae-ann has a B.Com (Otago University) in Marketing and Management, an NZIM Supervisory Certificate and a Management Diploma in Public Relations (Massey University). She has worked in various industries, including retail and technology and worked in a self employed capacity as a consultant specializing in staff motivation, evaluation, appraisal and training, marketing and management plans and senior management consulting. She is Director of Internship NZ Ltd.
