Sprott House rest home and retirement village is situated in the heart of Karori and provides residents with a beautiful environment, lawns, well established gardens and trees.

Residents like to spend time in the gardens and can often be found enjoying the surroundings with friends or family.

The location provides easy access to Marsden Village and the Karori Mall and shops.

We believe it is essential to provide a homelike environment that residents can treat as their own so we encourage you to bring personal items to individualise your rooms. It can be a difficult move from your own home to any kind of assisted living so we endeavour to make the transition as easy as possible.

Our aged care services of assisted living, hospital care, rest home and dementia care are provided thorugh four separate facilities at our rest home and retirement village site on Messines Road.

As well as our residential facilities, Sprott House offers a wide range of activities and outings for residents, including shopping and trips.

There are also many in-house activities (such as exercise classes) run by activities coordinators, a library, bowling and bowling competitions, lectures and many others.
